Fidler Files Claim Against Storobin Over ‘Paid Consultant’ Pushing Votes

Fidler is accusing a “paid consultant” to Storobin of submitting 120 ballots, including 16 absentee ballots for people who wound up at a voting booth on Election Day. “[T]his fact is evidence that Alla Pometko submitted false absentee ballot applications” and those voters must have been “unaware” that Pometko had them sign absentee ballots, Fidler’s filing says. After recounting uncontested paper ballots, Storobin leads Fidler by 1 vote. The two sides are now fighting over which contested ballots should be counted. – Azi Paybarah
