per AP report: Facing pressure within the party and from the Republicans contender, Obama personally intervened to change Dem Platform language to include Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, an issue he tried to avoid taking a position on, ever since his one day position in declaring at AIPAC in 2008 that Jerusalem will remain Israel’s undivided capital.
