Brooklyn – Poll Workers Confirm to the NY Post That Fraud Took Place

While the weekly newspaper of the Anti-Restler Zaloynim group claims today that the NY Media dismisses the fraud claims surrounding the election of last week Thursday, the New York Post reports the following today: Candidates, voters and poll workers are claiming fraud at a polling site in  Williamsburg in a contentious district-leader race involving the handpicked  candidate of former Brooklyn Democratic boss Vito Lopez.

District leader Lincoln Restler, who’s trailing Lopez candidate Chris  Olechowski in a post-Primary Day count, claimed widespread fraud and said he is  considering a lawsuit.

His opponent’s camp is charging voter irregularities on Restler’s side.

A poll worker at IS 71 on Heyward Street told The Post of roughly 15  instances of voters claiming someone had fraudulently cast ballots under their  names.

“This happened numerous times. The voter would say, ‘I didn’t sign it. Who  signed it?’ . . . I have never seen it this bad. Clearly, it was fraud,” the  poll worker said.

Voter Abraham Landau told The Post he tried to vote but someone had already  cast a ballot under his name. Susan Lerner, executive director of Common Cause, said she, too, got  complaints of double-voting and fraud.

2 people I know went to vote on Heyward St. and couldn’t because somebody else already had. The problem is that they are Zaloinim! So who is at fault?

    • Unbias

See for whom they vote so you will know who dos the fraud

Since that is definitely unverifiable, one must assume that the ‘fraud’ perpetrated could have come from either side. Mr. Gestetner I have sent a link to this site to quite a few of my contacts, but we all feel that your bias is so apparent that our hopes for a new neutral site were certainly dashed!
