VINNews: A 27 year old Orthodox man is one of three people named today to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Chamber.
David Lobl, the former Director of Public and Government Affairs at Human Care Services for Families and Children, Inc., will be serving as Community Representative, where he will be focusing on outreach to the state’s Jewish population.
“I’m honored to join the Cuomo administration and I look forward to working together with the Governor to strengthen ties between state government and New York’s Jewish community,” said Lobl.
Lobl was named this past May as one of this year’s “Rising Stars 40 Under 40” by cityandstateny.com. A former resident of Chicago, the Israeli born Lobl moved to New Jersey after his wedding, taking a job as director of Public and Governmental Affairs with The Friedlander Group in December 2010. Lobl moved on to the Brooklyn based Human Care Services, a non-profit organization that cares for the disabled, spending much of his time in Albany lobbying for the needs of the disabled.
