12:05 – Oxigeno Bolivia reports that According to Jacob Ostreicher’s attorney Yimmy Montaño the house arrest will apply every day from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, allowing him to conduct business as normal during the day time. The 100,000 bail has been paid. Ostreicher must report every 15 days to the prosecutor.

11:10 - Leading Bolivian Media Outlets report that Ostreicher is sentenced released to house arrest and bail was set at 100,000 Bolivianos (Not US Dollars) which equals to $14,265.30 US Dollars.

10:30 - Reports that Prosecutors claim that there are inconsistencies with Jacob Ostreicher’s marriage documents, they claim to have documents indicating that he was married in Bolivia.
The defense argues that these documents were manufactured and forged by the Network of Corrupt officials.
