Santa Cruz, Bolivia – As previously reported here, Jacob Ostreicher is required under the agreement of his House arrest and bail, to sign in at the prosecutors office every fifteen days. Today Jacob went to sign in at the prosecutors office, armored with a bullet proof vest and helmet, and surrounded by heavily armed security personnel.
