Secretary of State John Kerry joined the other members of President Barack Obama’s cabinet yesterday in penning an “exit memo” on the State Department’s major successes and failures during his time in office. Interestingly, Kerry discussed Obama’s infamous ‘red line’ in Syria, much criticized by President-elect Donald Trump on the campaign trail, as one of those successes.
