(Video) Bill Clinton on how Yitzhak Rabin would’ve achieved peace, and how the PM thought Hillary was bossy
Former President Bill Clinton spoke Thursday at an event in honor of a new biography of assassinated Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, who Clinton said would’ve achieved Middle East peace by 1998 had he lived. Clinton’s tone throughout is mournful for what could have been, and he calls the day of Rabin’s death perhaps the worst of his presidency. But he also recalls spending that day telling stories about Rabin with his wife, Hillary Clinton, which included stories about Rabin’s mixed feelings toward the First Lady. Watch the speech above.
