NYC politicians take part in UJO of Williamsburg Passover food drive

NYC politicians took part in a United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg-Met Council food drive Monday [UJO of Williamsburg]
The United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg, an organization offering help to local needy families, partnered with the Met Council Monday to help distribute boxes of Kedem grape juice and other foodstuffs for Passover.

Another successful Passover food distribution organized by and ,” NYC Council member Stephen Levin, who participated in food drive, tweeted. “Thank you!”

NYC Public Advocate Tish James, and Acting Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez, participated as well.

It was inspiring to take part today in a pre-Passover food distribution for the needy with Rabbi David Niederman, officials and friends,” Gonzalez tweeted. Rabbi David Niederman has been the UJO’s Executive Director and President since 1989.
